Summary Last Week

Hello loyal followers! We continue with the last summary of the week. Ready?

Before going for Taylor's information, Arthur and Lily decide to meet with a journalist of The Times, Christopher Watson, at the Victoria Hotel. However, it is not what they expected. It was a trap. The journalist had warned the Spider. They try to flee the hotel and take refuge in the arcades, but when the Spider shows up, a big shootout starts. Lily falls, Arthur's scream echoes throughout the room. The Spider's thugs cease fire and loudly warn the hotel guests that a man had just shot a woman. Everyone rushes after our protagonist, but in the end, he manages to escape by breaking a window.

Arthur ends up behind bars. Only the image of Lily passes through his head...

The Spider's envoy tells him, with all too certainty, that they are going to frame him for all the victims they have left behind. They want him to be sentenced to death by hanging!

But who's there to pull him out of the brown? His, now, godfather. WALTER!

He has not come up with a better idea than to pass off a corpse as Arthur. And when he comes out of it, a person who looks like Lily is waiting for him, but whose hair is a different color...

Just kidding, we can confirm it's her. Lily is alive. How? Because between the three of them they planned to simulate her death and finally access the bank. They have the documents on the Spider!

Arthur and Lily finally go to the meeting that Walter (who knows too many important people for a time that is not even his own) had arranged with some of the most influential people in England and they talk about the Spider and the danger this supposes. To tell the truth, Arthur spends a good part of the meeting in awe of personalities he had only studied in history books.

And once everything is finished and the evidence delivered, they use Walter's watch to travel back in time and lose themselves at some point in history so they can be happy together.
